Ugonma has a diverse international background with many years of professional experience including early professional experience as an audit staff member with Price Waterhouse, then as a credit analyst with Citibank, and eventually as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer in several organizations in the USA and abroad. She stays up-to-date with current trends and improves her technical skills by practicing accounting through her private firm. She holds a Bachelors in Accounting, and designations as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant.
Ugonma is married to her husband Charles, with whom she is engaged in missions and ministry. They are blessed with three children and a grandson – who she declares is the cutest!
