Hello, my name is Jane Morris and I am a marathon runner that loves to travel all over the country and world to complete my marathons. To me running is not only great physically but really important mentally as it helps keep all of the stresses of life/work at bay. During COVID of 2020 I started to go to Odom Health and Wellness for Physical Therapy as I was having some trouble with my knee. After talking with my PT I ended up inquiring about HA injections at Odom H&W and started the process.
First of all, I had Dr. Odom take a look at my MRIs and he recommended that we continue to utilize HA injections to keep me running. I was ecstatic to hear his opinion on keeping me running but the big difference was the overall experience of the injections. Dr. Odom really takes the time and diligence to get the injection correct as he uses ultrasound to pinpoint where exactly it should go. I never had experienced this before and it makes you feel so much more comfortable with what is occurring. The best part for me is that the results have been phenomenal  for my knees! I have been able to run and race back to the amount that I want to and my knees are holding up really well.I am forever grateful for Dr. Odom and Mike Wild (Trainer for Dr. O) as I could truly trust them to keep me doing what I love do.
