Carly is a patient care coordinator at the Eden Prairie clinic. She loves helping people whether that’s through direct patient scheduling, answering questions about the clinic and services or by consulting with the providers to create the best, individualized plan of care for patients.
Carly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Dance. She also completed the physical therapy track and is interested in anatomy and movement. Her love for dance over the years inspired her desire to work in a field that involves health and wellness.
In her free time, Carly enjoys traveling, yoga classes, and spending time with friends and family.
