Phase 1: Get to Know Your Baseline Health
Let’s do a deep dive on the health metrics that matter. You start with an initial 1-hour consult to provide the framework for Renew and begin collecting comprehensive information about your health. We go far beyond the basic and partner with you to create your plan for how to prevent chronic disease.

Comprehensive testing of your Cardiovascular, Immune, Bone, Muscle, Metabolic, Liver, Kidney, Nutrient, Brain, and Stress markers.
What you get: Risk Analysis and a baseline of 65+ biomarkers to shape your program.
VO2 max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption measured during incremental exercise. Your VO2 max is one of the best predictors of longevity. The good news – it’s easy to improve over time.
What you get: One bike or treadmill test establishing your heart rate zones, anaerobic & aerobic thresholds, as well as a personal fitness rating.


A continuous app based tracking device to observe how your metabolism reacts to what you eat, how you exercise, your sleep quality, and your stress levels.
What you get: Two sensors worn for 14 days with ability to track via smartphone app
Are you strong and mobile enough to set yourself up for a long and healthy life? Unsure what your training should look like?
What you get: A movement score comprised of strength, stability and mobility. Two follow-up appointments to help improve your score. (3 x 60 minute appointments)

Phase 2: Design your plan
Meet with our providers for an hour long visit to take your baseline results and design your longevity action plan. We will analyze your risks & help you set short- and long-term goals. We are your partner in prevention. We make it personal – there is no one size fits all.

Design your personalized plan for longterm health with our medical team after analyzing your data from phase one. Your plan will be specific to your health, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle goals.
What you get: 60 minute follow-up appointment with our medical team and personalized plan.
Understanding nutrition can be hard. Simplify your approach by learning how to properly fuel your body for your best life.


Getting results takes work. Learn how to channel your effort to take your fitness to the next level.

Phase 3: Make it your Lifestyle
Transform your health journey by turning new actions into habits. We continue to partner with you throughout the year. Check-in monthly via email and either virtually or in-person every three months. We also host quarterly events so you can join a like-minded community to learn, share and enjoy.

Fine-tune your plan through appointments to answer questions and optimize your progress.
What you get: 4 x 30 minute follow-up (virtual or in-person) appointments with our medical team.
What you get: Monthly email check-ins from our medical team to hold you accountable and on track.
