Phase 1: Get to Know Your Baseline Health
Let’s do a deep dive on the health metrics that matter.

Comprehensive testing of your Cardiovascular, Immune, Bone, Muscle, Metabolic, Liver, Kidney, Nutrient, Brain, and Stress markers.
VO2 max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption measured during incremental exercise. Your VO2 max is one of the best predictors of longevity. The good news – it’s easy to improve over time.


A continuous app based tracking device that is worn in 14 day increments to observe how your metabolism reacts, processes, and adapts to what you eat, how you exercise, your sleep quality, and your stress levels.
How well does your body move? Where are your individual strengths and weaknesses? Are you strong enough now to set yourself up for a long and healthy life? Through a series of strength, stability, and mobility tests we will develop an overall score for your movement. We will follow up with specific exercises to help you improve your overall score to meet your longevity goals. (3 x 60 minute appointments)

Meet with our providers to analyze your risks & set short- and long-term goals.

- How does your body respond to different foods? How does activity affect your insulin response?
- What genetic factors put you at higher risk? What can you do about that?
- How can you improve your VO2 Max? Why does it matter?
- What specific strategies can you use to improve your stability?
- What habits can help you develop better sleep patterns?
- Pre-diabetic? We’ll help you reverse that trend with specific strategies.
