We offer personalized care for pelvic floor health, supporting organ function, and recovery from pregnancy-related changes. Our treatments address pain, incontinence, prolapse, and more through manual therapy, functional exercise, and education.
Our process includes a detailed history, multi-angle slow-motion capture, and footpod technology. A Doctor of Physical Therapy will analyze your data and provide personalized recommendations whether you're recovering from injury or boosting performance.
Pain is limiting, but movement is key to recovery. We diagnose the root cause, disrupt the injury cycle, and keep you moving to support cardiovascular, muscular, metabolic, and bone health—helping you unlock your full wellness potential.
Pain or injury due to these are often covered by an auto accident claim, worker's comp claim or your personal insurance. Our team will work with you to ensure that you receive a personalized care plan as well as guidance with any other issues associated with your injury and rehabilitation.
Work with our team to overcome headaches, dizziness, balance issues, and vision or cognitive challenges. You'll also receive expert guidance on adapting your home, school, or work environment for a smoother recovery. Our team is dedicated to creating a plan to get you back to feeling like yourself again.
We’re here to challenge, encourage, and be in your corner as we help you reach your mobility, strength, and stability milestones. We also believe not only in getting you back to baseline, but in fully completing your rehab to ensure you have no asymmetry after you finish your plan of care.
No, we don’t require a referral from another care provider for you to start physical therapy. You can make an appointment with one of our physical therapists directly.
However, for your insurance to cover physical therapy services, your insurer may require an order for physical therapy from your primary care doctor or another member of your care team. If you’re not sure what your insurance covers, call the number on the back of your insurance card.
The number of sessions you need will depend on your specific condition. Regardless, you’ll likely start seeing the benefits of physical therapy after just a few sessions.
For your physical therapy session, wear comfortable, exercise-appropriate attire, such as shorts, leggings, sweatpants, or a t-shirt, to allow for ease of movement during stretching and exercises.
The length of your sessions will vary depending on your needs. You can expect to spend between 45 minutes to an hour at your physical therapy visits.
