Sarah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a passion for helping patients recover from orthopedic and sports injuries. Born and raised in Minnesota, she earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Bethel University, where her interest in anatomy and athletics inspired her to pursue physical therapy. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the prestigious Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota.

During her time at Mayo, Sarah developed a strong interest in treating injuries related to the knees, back, and shoulders. She enjoys providing personalized treatment plans designed to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients get back to the daily activities, sports, and hobbies they love. Her approach focuses on creating tailored rehabilitation programs to meet each patient’s unique needs.

When Sarah isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, grabbing a coffee, and going on long walks with friends. She also loves playing games, traveling, and relaxing at the family cabin in Minnesota.
