Through her personal experiences and extensive training, Mary has developed a deep understanding of how soft tissue work can significantly aid the body’s healing process.

Mary incorporates a wide range of advanced massage and bodywork techniques to address her clients’ needs. She is actively pursuing further education in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, focusing on how brain function impacts the body to “treat pain patterns, not just the pain.” Her certifications include:
