Jake is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a passion for keeping people active, strong, and injury-free. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN, where he also played collegiate football. His experience as an athlete sparked his interest in physical therapy, highlighting the importance of proper training, recovery, and hard work to perform at a high level.
With advanced training in dry needling and concussion rehabilitation, Jake brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to treat a variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or returning to your favorite activities, Jake focuses on identifying your specific goals to create a customized treatment plan. His approach combines evidence-based techniques, patient education, and hands-on care to help patients get back to the field, court, road, or trail stronger than before.

Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He loves the outdoors and stays active through camping, hiking, and competing in recreational sports. On weekends, you’ll often find him on the tennis court or playing broomball during Minnesota winters.
