Gretta is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who specializes in pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment by focusing on both the physical and emotional aspects of rehab. Through hands-on therapy, education, and strengthening exercises, she empowers her patients to regain control over their bodies and live pain-free.
As a licensed physical therapist, she is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through evidence-based care. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA following her undergraduate at the University of North Dakota. Her passion is working with all individuals to reach their goals; especially new parents, runners, and weekend warriors. With special interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions she provides personalized, compassionate care to individuals dealing with a variety of conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, prenatal and postpartum recovery.
She utilizes a wide range of hands-on manual therapy techniques combined with neuromuscular re-education and individualized exercise plans to improve movement strategies. In addition to her clinical work, she is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research, and techniques in orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation from Herman & Wallace, allowing her to offer the most effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. In addition, she has her certification in functional dry needling, coursework in pilates reformer, and applied functional science. She values building strong relationships with patients and creating a safe, comfortable environment where they feel heard and supported on their healing journey.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling to a new state park or city, pilates, hiking and golfing in the summer.
