She believes that a successful patient-therapist partnership is built on positivity, enthusiasm, and support, which is essential for achieving the best possible results. With training and certifications in dry needling and women’s pelvic health and a special interest in hip rehabilitation, Caty tailors each treatment session to meet her patients’ specific goals, emphasizing that movement is the key to optimizing recovery and returning to an active lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Caty enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Her hobbies include hiking, playing disc golf and ultimate frisbee, and traveling.
