Mike Wild, MS, ATC, CSCS, PES

Athletic Trainer

Mike is an Athletic Trainer who specializes in movements and helping patients achieve their goals.  As an extender for Dr Odom, Mike loves to educate and discuss healthcare plans with patients.

Mike received his undergraduate degree in exercise science and his master’s degree in Athletic Training both at Daemen College, in Buffalo, NY.  While at Daemen, Wild was a 3 sport student-athlete participating in Soccer, Cross-Country, and Track. In addition to being a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Mike is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM/PES), certified phlebotomist, and is Graston certified.

Professionally, Mike comes to Odom Health and Wellness with experience at the collegiate level in both the NCAA-2 and NCAA-3. Mike has a special interest in treating runners and increasing sports performance.  Wild has helped multiple student-athletes earn all-american honors.  Additionally, Mike has served as a teaching professor in Athletic Training, kinesiology, and weight training courses and served as a preceptor for athletic training students.  Furthermore, Mike has volunteered with the USA Olympic Committee in Lake Placid and toured with the USA Bobsled and Skeleton teams.

A native to Buffalo, NY, Mike enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, snowboarding, running, and hiking.
