Kristin Egan is a Personal Trainer who specializes in teaching patients how to move better, improve functional strength, and live a healthier life.
With certifications from both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and CrossFit Level 1, Kristin utilizes strength training principles and methodology to meet you exactly where you are in your lifelong wellness journey.
Whether you’re brand new to training, returning from an injury, or looking to get back into a strength training routine, Kristin can help. She can also take your current fitness routine to the next level.
During your sessions, you’ll learn proper weightlifting mechanics and techniques, corrective exercises for injury prevention, and how to progressively overload to build muscle. Together, we’ll move, lift, sweat, and have some fun!
Kristin graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul where she played basketball. She’s continued her love of competitive sports and fitness over the last decade through trail running, Spartan and OCR races and CrossFit and Hyrox competitions. When she’s not hitting the gym or coaching clients, she can be found spending time with her husband, Adam. The Egan’s love to play golf, spend time on the water during the summer months, and travel.
