Caty received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with degrees in both Kinesiology and Spanish. Her enthusiasm for learning about the human body through movement and language came together in her doctoral capstone project which researched the importance of overcoming language barriers in order to achieve the best possible patient outcomes in physical therapy.
Caty uses her experience as both a patient and a therapist to connect with and motivate her clients forward. She believes a strong partnership between a physical therapist and a patient is built upon a foundation of positivity, enthusiasm and support in order to achieve the best results. Her approach tailors each of her treatment sessions to her patient’s goals under the mentality that movement is the necessary factor to optimize the patient’s outcomes and return to their activities.
Outside of the clinic, Caty spends her time with her husband, daughter and two dogs, hiking, playing disc golf, cheering on the Packers and traveling.
