Allison Taffe is a former Critical Care Nurse that has found her passion in helping people heal and find wellness through Regenerative and Functional Medicine. Allison earned her Bachelor degree in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato and went on to be an RN on the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Regions Hospital for 9 years. After leaving Regions to stay at home with her three children, Allison opened her own food business, Real Food Bliss, with the goal of making healthy food easy to prepare for busy people. While short lived, Real Food Bliss gave Allison a crash course in running a small business, recipe design, and nutrition.
Allison joined the Odom Health and Wellness team in 2018 as a Patient Care Coordinator and Regenerative Medicine Specialist. Looking at the whole person and getting to the root cause of symptoms is what drew Allison to OH&W. She also works with the non-profit organization, Hope Rooted, to help children with chronic illness find hope and healing through Functional Medicine.
Allison moved to Minnesota in 1996 and is happy to call Minnetonka her home. In her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, traveling, downhill skiing and hiking with her family.
