Many people in Minnesota believe hiring a nutritionist is a “fancy thing” to do. Well, this is a myth. In fact, many people should have a nutritionist review their diets once (if not every year) in their lives. Every person is different, has different goals and has different health issues. Seeking the help of a dietitian or nutritionist shouldn’t be considered a luxury, it should be considered as an “must do” annually.
We’re posting a basic health / nutrition quiz below.
This quiz is best when completed at the end of the day. If you take it before your last meal, please base your answers off of your diet habits from the previous day. You should also print this page, circling your answers as you go. Further instructions will be provided at the end of the test.

I do not think I ate very much. I was hungry all day.
I ate just about the right amount. I was not over stuffed and I was not hungry.
I ate a little more than I should because I added more snacks or ate large meals.
