Go Red for Heart Health This February 7!

by | Feb 4, 2014 | Functional Medicine, Healthy Living

Wear a fabulous red outfit to Go Red for Heart Health This February 7, 2014!

As a dietitian, a woman and an American Heart Association volunteer, I’m encouraged by the progress of medicine, science and heart health awareness for women. More than 627,000 women’s lives have been saved from heart disease since 2004.

But there is still such a long way to go! Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of American women, affecting more women than men and causing more deaths than all forms of cancer combined.

That’s why ODOM health & Wellness is celebrating the 10th year of the Go Red for Women and the American Heart Health Month. It is time to make America Go Red.

Please join us in bringing awareness to the No. 1 killer of women. Please help us share the message and increase awareness for the 2014 National Wear Red Day on February 7 and American Heart month this entire month of February.

Pass on the word with the social links on the left side of this page to turn American Red for a Day, this Friday, February 7. Go Red!
