Odom Health & Wellness is a locally owned Sports Medicine and Functional Wellness clinic.  We offer a wide range of treatments and services, and our physical therapy team is second to none.  Lead by our Director of Physical Therapy, Trent Stensrud, our team is dedicated to helping patients heal and regain function.  Regardless of your activity level before your appointment, we will work with you to reduce pain, increase strength, and regain confidence in doing the things you enjoy.

About Our Physical Therapy:

Odom Health & Wellness offers a full array of manual physical therapy treatments, including Trigger Point Dry Needling at their new Minnetonka, Minnesota clinic location.  Physical Therapy at Odom Health & Wellness is not a one size fits all model.  Instead, our team works together to provide a customized approach to healing by looking at patients as individuals and utilizing  manual therapies and exercise based treatments to achieve their specific goals.

How Can Dry Needling Help You

Minnesotans can find pain relief with the aid of Dry Needling services at Odom Health & Wellness.  Many patients find relief after just one or two short sessions.  Some long lasting chronic pain can take longer, and require a more comprehensive approach to healing.

OHW Dry Needling is an evidence based intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. Dry needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, normalizes biochemical and electrical dysfunction of motor endplates, and facilitates an accelerated return to active rehabilitation
