Odom Health & Wellness is excited to announce that we will once again be sponsoring the Lake Minnetonka Flurry Scurry!
The Lake Minnetonka Flurry Scurry is a local 5K Fun Run held in conjunction with the North American Pond Hockey Championships each year. This is a family friendly event that encourages outdoor activity and fitness during the long winter months in Minnesota. It is an excellent way to get outside and is a fun event for all ages and runners of all levels!
Our staff will be volunteering at the event to help with operations, medical coverage, and fan support. We will also have our physical therapist Trent Stensrud, DPT, CSCS on hand to provide FREE INJURY SCREENINGS before, during, and after the race. Trent is a phenomenal resource for the community, and this is a great opportunity to bring your questions and concerns regarding any pain or injuries you may have.
